Business Administration

The program of Business Administration train proffessionals with scientific, technological, environmental and humanistic knowledge, able to develop applied research that allows students to face challenges, with ethical attitude, critical spirit, persistent, with social responsability and multicultural, that allow the students to set up solutions to the multidisciplinary problems that organizations of public and private sector in aglobal context.

* Undergraduate tuition/fees:
The Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador in its Article 356, among other principles, establishes that third-level public higher education will be tuition/fees free.  Zero cost education is linked to the academic responsibility of the students.

Must be observant, thoughtful, analytic, with critical thinking, persistant, with a great abstraction capacity and must have basic knowledge of social sciences and mathematics. Must be willing to work underpressure and integrate interdisciplinary and colaborative groups.

EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES

  • Perform the decision making process of any organization with ethics and responsability through the proposal of ideas in areas such as operations, finance, business management, with the application of technological tools and cuantitative and cualitative analysis. 
  • Create divisions of companies to generate employment for the socio economical and sustainable development of the country, through the use of efficient methodologies to produce goods and services.
  • Acquire scientific and technical knowledge through the involvement in graduate programmes acoording to the needs and trends of the field.

The Capstone Project is a culminating requirement for graduation. These projects provide students with the experience of applying acquired knowledge and skills to the needs of society, with a focus on sustainability.
The IDEAR Fair showcases all Capstone projects, offering students a valuable opportunity to showcase their work and hone soft skills such as communication and teamwork. It is also a space for students to network with potential clients and future employers.
